This programme is designed for School Management Team

This programme is offered through multiple learning modes to ensure accessibility and flexibility:

· To change the landscape of education through mentoring and training aimed at 21st Century change leadership that impact positively on the learner performance at the identified schools
· SMTs better able to manage and resolve critical issues impacting on the effective management of their schools.

Unit 1: Conduct a baseline study to inform project interventions
Unit 2: Develop support strategies for 116 schools as per findings extrapolated from the baseline report.
Unit 3: Deploy mentors to provide onsite mentoring coupled with training to address identified needs and challenges.
Unit 4: Support SMTs in 55 schools on the management and resolution of identified issues.
Unit 5: Monitor the implementation of the support strategy for the 61 schools at regular intervals.
Unit 6: Evaluate the implementation of the support strategy for the 61 schools to inform future interventions.
